QUICK START GUIDE:

1. Place the outer lid on the brew jar, then insert the steeper. Make sure steeper handle is lying flat.
2. Scoop 250g of coarsely ground coffee into the steeper. The grounds should come close to touching the fill guide line.
3. Make sure the brew jar tap is in the closed position. Pour approximately 1L of cold water over the grounds, using a circular motion and being sure to coat the grounds well.
4. Pause pouring for 1 minute to let the grounds bloom. After the coffee blooms, pour an additional ¼ L of water over the grounds.
5. Use a spoon to gently press the grounds down into the water, allowing all of the grounds to be moistened in the water, making sure all off the grounds are visibly wet.
6. Place the lid on the steeper, and allow the coffee to brew for 12-24 hours. Brew either at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
